Sus304 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the sus304 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the sus304 platform — whether via a mobile browser, laptop, or any other device — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the sus304 platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users who register an account, use our services, make financial transactions, or access any content provided by sus304. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To access the full range of services offered by sus304, you are required to register a valid user account. By registering, you agree to:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.
- Maintaining and updating your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else.
- Notify sus304 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and use of the platform.
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one active account. sus304 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of this rule. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Sus304 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your account login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use
As a sus304 platform user, you agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You specifically agree not to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security systems of the sus304 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Impersonating another user or falsely representing any party.
- Uploading or distributing content that contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity or fairness of games available on the platform.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and sus304 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against users who breach these terms.
4. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the sus304 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and game-related payments — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). sus304 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by sus304, including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local methods that may be added from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the transaction process. sus304 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same username. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. sus304 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals subject to internal compliance review.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. sus304 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time.

Sus304 shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond sus304's control.
- Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity.
- Any actions or content from third parties linked through the platform.
Sus304's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the sus304 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and graphic materials — is the exclusive property of sus304 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any such content without prior written consent from sus304.

The sus304 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. sus304 does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Sus304 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
